This education and movement course will give you a thorough understanding of the pelvic floor and deep core system. You will also be guided on a pelvic floor self assessment that will inform how you move through the phases. Once you understand where your body is at this moment, you will find your "pelvic floor theme" to take with you on the 6 phase movement practice. The entire course is self paced and women can move through it as they progress, while also monitoring any symptoms. Once you've moved through the entire process, it does not end there. This course should be used as a pelvic wellness tool for really any stage of life. Come back to it if symptoms shift, when you're feeling disconnected from yourself or even when you feel like you need some focused movement and breath.
